Accessing Your Tickets
Once your account is active, follow these steps to view and manage your support tickets:
- Sign in to the Pergamon Support Portal using your email and password.
- Click your profile name in the upper-right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select Requests.
- View all past and current tickets, including their status.
Managing Ticket Responses
- Click on a ticket under Subject to view more details of your ticket and to track past conversations with the Support staff.
- To respond to an open ticket, enter your reply directly in the portal.
- If a ticket is closed, you can reopen the conversation by selecting Create a follow-up.
