You can organize the structure of your document by reordering content blocks according to your desired publication sequence. The Document Editor supports drag-and-drop functionality for reordering content blocks.
Reorder a content block
On the left side of the content block, hover over the grid icon (⋮⋮).
The mouse cursor will change from a pointer to a drag cursor (palm/hand icon), indicating that the block can be moved.Click and drag the content block upward or downward to the desired position.
Release the mouse button to drop the block into its new location.
Info: The palm-shaped drag cursor appears when the block is draggable. It indicates that a drag-and-drop action is available.
Additional info: A child content block can only be reordered within its current parent section—it cannot be moved outside of its parent hierarchy. Parent content blocks, however, can be reordered anywhere in the document structure.
