In the Pergamon Editor, content blocks are structured hierarchically. A parent block - such as a heading - can contain one or more nested (child) content blocks. You can expand or collapse these child blocks for a single parent or for the entire document.
▶ The video below is an interactive walkthrough — click through each step at your own pace, then use the written steps below if you need more detail. Captions available.
Show or hide nested blocks for a single parent block
Locate the parent content block (for example, a Heading 1 block).
On the right side of the block, select the caret icon to show all or hide all children blocks.
Show or hide nested blocks for all parent blocks in document
On the right-side toolbar, select the Show/Hide All button.
All parent blocks will expand to reveal their nested blocks or collapse to hide them.
Note: If you use Show All to display all nested blocks and then select a content block, the Hide All action will not collapse the view. To hide all nested blocks, first deselect the content block, then select Hide All again.
