To insert an asset into a content block:
- Place your cursor in the content block where you want to insert the asset.
- Open the Quick Action Menu:
- Click on the Quick Action Menu from the toolbar, or use the shortcut command + return.
- Choose asset source:
- In the Quick Action Menu, you have two options:
- Upload a new asset from your local machine.
- Insert an asset from the existing Asset Library.

Upload a New Asset from Your Local Machine:
- In the Quick Action Menu, click on the Document Assets tab (or use the keyboard tab to navigate).
- Click on Upload Assets and select the file from your local machine (or drag and drop the file).
- After the file is uploaded, click on it to insert the asset into the content block.
Insert an Asset from the Asset Library in Pergamon:
- In the Quick Action Menu, click on the Assets Library tab (or use the keyboard tab to navigate).
- Click on the desired asset from the list to insert it into the content block.
After the asset is inserted, you can view the asset preview by hovering over the asset using the mouse pointer.
Supported Asset Formats
- PNG (Portable Network Graphic) file format
- JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) file format
- AI (Adobe Illustrator) file format
- PSD (Photoshop Document) file format
- EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) file format
