Filter and Search Assets

Use the Assets Library to locate assets by name, tag, or type.

Filter by asset type

To filter assets by type:

1. Go to the Assets Library from the left navigation sidebar.
2. In the upper-left dropdown, click the asset type.

To view global assets only:

• Select Global Assets.
• The list updates to show only assets available system-wide. These assets are read-only.

To view local assets only:

• Select Local Assets.
• The list updates to show only assets inserted to a specific document. These can be renamed, commented on, or replaced.

To view all assets:

• Select All to include both global and local types in the list.

Search by name

To search for assets by name:

1. Go to the Assets Library from the left navigation sidebar.
2. In the Assets search field (top center), begin typing the asset name.
3. Results update automatically as you type.

Tip: Use partial words to locate assets with common stems (e.g., logo, logomark).
