You can replace an asset used in your source Document through the Assets Library in Pergamon.
Replace a Document asset from the Assets Library
To replace a Document asset:
Go to Assets library from the sidebar.
Search for the asset you want to replace and click its Asset ID in List view.
You can search an asset by:
Entering the asset name in the search field.
Entering the tags associated with the asset in the tag field.
In the attributes modal, click the asset thumbnail in the upper-left corner.
From the file picker, upload the new asset.
Next, click on the Asset ID from the list view and then click on Update in the attributes modal.
The confirmation box displays the number of documents updated, the documents source ID, and skipped documents. Click Close.
Result: The asset is replaced in the source document across all content blocks where it was inserted. This action also updates the asset in all target documents created from the source document.
