Switch between List View and Grid View

The Assets Library supports two layout modes: List View and Grid View. You can toggle between them to suit your browsing preference.

Switch to Grid View

To change to a visual layout:

1. In the top-right corner, click the Grid View icon.
2. The library switches to a tile-based layout, showing asset thumbnails and names.
3. Click a tile to select the asset and open its metadata panel.

Use Grid View when scanning visual assets or confirming an image by appearance.

Switch to List View

To return to structured metadata layout:

1. Click the List View icon in the same top-right location.
2. The library displays asset details in a table format with sortable columns.
3. Click an Asset ID or use the ellipsis menu to view or download assets.

Use List View when comparing multiple assets by ID, name, or source document.
