Workspace settings is where the Pergamon Workspace Owner manages all workspace-level configuration, including token usage, subscription details, and user access.
You can access Workspace Settings by clicking your User Account icon at the top right of Pergamon and selecting Workspace settings.
What you can do in Workspace settings
1. View your token balances
Monitor how many tokens you have available during your trial or subscription period.
Pergami Tokens — used for AI features such as prompting, translation, and resource uploads.
Manual Creation Tokens — used for exporting documents and publications.
Each token type displays your available balance, and a note indicating how many tokens you receive on renewal.
2. Check your available user seats
The Seats panel shows:
Total seats included in your subscription
How many seats are currently assigned
How many remain available
A link to purchase additional seats (Need more?)
3. Manage your subscription
The right-side panel includes two actions:
Expand your plan
Use this to upgrade from a trial or change your subscription tier. This redirects you to Stripe checkout.-
Manage subscription
Opens your Stripe customer portal, where you can:Update payment method
Change billing details
Cancel your subscription
Update quantities for paid add-ons (seats, token packs)
4. Update company details
Under Company details & subscription, you can view your company name. This information appears on billing records and exports.
5. Manage users
The Users management list shows all users currently assigned to your workspace.
For each user, you can see:
Name
Email
Department
Role (Owner, Editor, Viewer)
Status (Active or Pending)
You can also:
Add new users
Edit user details
Remove users
Purchase more seats if your seat count is full

Who can access Workspace settings?
Only the Workspace Owner (the person who created the trial or subscription) can view or modify Workspace Settings.
