You manage workspace-level configuration in Workspace settings as the Workspace Owner, including tokens, subscription actions, company information, workspace logos, and user access.
Select User Account › Workspace settings.
What can you do in Workspace settings?
View Pergami Tokens
In My tokens, you can view your available Pergami Tokens and the number of tokens you receive at renewal. You use Pergami Tokens for AI features such as prompting, translation, and resource uploads.
Check your available user seats
The Seats card shows the total number of seats in your workspace. Select Need more? when you need additional seats.
Manage your subscription
Use the subscription actions in the My tokens section:
- Expand Your Plan — opens the plan-upgrade flow.
- Manage Subscription — opens subscription management in a separate page.
View company information
The Company Information section displays your workspace Company Name.
Manage workspace logos
The Workspace logo section lets you manage separate logos for light and dark modes. This allows you to maintain consistent branding without using the same logo in both display modes.
- Light mode logo — displays when Pergamon uses light mode.
- Dark mode logo — displays when Pergamon uses dark mode.
Manage users
In Users Management, you can view your workspace users and the total number of assigned users.
For each user, you can view:
- User details
- Department
- Role
- Available tools
Enter a name in Search user to filter the user list.
Select Add User to add a user.
Who can access Workspace settings?
You can view or modify Workspace settings only if you are the Workspace Owner who created the workspace trial or subscription.
