You can manage your Pergamon subscription - such as updating payment details, changing billing information, viewing invoices, or cancelling your plan through the Stripe customer billing portal. This article explains how to access the portal and what you can do inside it.
Access the subscription portal
In Pergamon, select the Account icon in the top-right corner.
Select Workspace Settings.
On the right side of the page, select Manage Subscription.
Pergamon opens the Stripe billing portal login page.
Log in to the Stripe billing portal
Enter the email address associated with your Pergamon subscription.
Select Send.
Stripe emails you a secure, time-limited login link.Open the email titled “Your customer portal login link.”
Select Log in to your customer portal to access the portal.
Your browser opens the Stripe customer portal, where all subscription and billing management takes place.
What you can do in the Stripe customer portal
The Stripe portal allows you to manage all billing-related settings for your Pergamon account. The options displayed may vary depending on your plan.
View your current subscription
The top section shows:
Your active Pergamon subscription
Billing amount
Next billing date
Current payment method
Use this section to confirm your plan and renewal details.
Update your payment method
Scroll to Payment Method.
Select Add payment method to add a new card.
Enter your card details and save.
(Optional) Remove an old card if needed.
Your updated payment method will be used for future subscription charges if you make it as your default.
Update billing information (including tax details)
Billing information appears on your invoices and is used for tax compliance.
Scroll to Billing Information.
Select Update information.

Update any of the following:
Billing name
Company name
Billing address
Tax ID / VAT number (required for tax-compliant invoices)
Save your changes.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your base Pergamon subscription at any time.
In the Current Subscription section, select Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts shown by Stripe.
Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period.
View your invoice history
Scroll to Invoice History.
Select any invoice to view or download it as a PDF.
Invoices include your billing details, payment status, and tax information (if provided).
Sign out
To exit the Stripe portal, select Sign out in the left sidebar.
