This release adds Rearrange mode for moving and duplicating content without cutting and pasting, introduces a left action bar for document-level actions, extends the right action bar with Quick Action Menu items, and adds light and dark workspace logos.

New features

Move or duplicate content anywhere in a document without cutting and pasting text. Select a heading to move a whole section with its nested blocks, or select individual blocks to reposition them one at a time.

• Insertion points appear inline, so you can see where content can go before you commit
• Copies keep all their formatting and attributes
• Every move or copy is a single undoable step

A new left action bar puts document-level actions in reach without opening a menu: Settings, Add content, Show all / Hide all, Undo, Redo, and Rearrange mode.

All styles, Special characters, Insert assets, and Add table are now one click away in the right action bar instead of inside the Quick Action Menu.

A new Space between option in advanced paragraph formatting controls the vertical spacing between consecutive paragraphs that share the same paragraph style, without affecting spacing elsewhere in the document.

Upload separate light and dark logo variants at both domain and workspace level, so your branding stays legible in either theme. The upload dialog supports zoom, image fit, and drag positioning.

Improvements

Speed and responsiveness

• Documents save faster.
• Typing is more responsive in long documents.
• Expanding and collapsing large documents is faster, with a loading indicator while content is prepared.
• Editing a table cell now updates only that table, and undo works per keystroke.

Editing

• Character styles can be applied to a selected part of a paragraph instead of the whole paragraph.
• Pasting plain text creates separate paragraphs and is recorded correctly in undo history.
• Taking or releasing the document lock no longer overwrites unsaved changes in the attributes form.

Translation and assets

• Translation projects with the AI Translation Failed status can now be retried.
• Asset usage stays accurate after restoring or duplicating a document, localizing to an existing target, and importing local content from XLIFF.

Fixes

Editor

• Search no longer matches across paragraph boundaries, and moving between hits now matches the highlighting.
• The arrow space character now takes as many keypresses to move through as it has visible characters.
• Selecting all and pasting now replaces the existing content instead of appending to it.
• Fixed a crash that could occur while a document was loading.

Formatting and lists

• Applying a character style a second time now removes it cleanly rather than leaving empty formatting behind.
• Ordered lists start at 1 or your configured value, keep their numbering after content is rearranged, and copy correctly.

Tables

• Table cells no longer inherit formatting from a table that was deleted.

PDF and export

• PDF layout lists now load correctly beyond the first page.
• Brackets in file names are preserved when exporting.

Translation

• The status field stays available when form validation fails in Translation Projects.

Behind the scenes

This release also includes internal changes to AI request handling, file name processing, and general platform stability. These require no action from you.
