New features

Rearrange mode

New mode for moving and duplicating content blocks within a document, launched from the left panel.

• Cut a content block with insertion points previewed inline.
• Copies preserve attributes.
• Undo and redo are supported.

New left action bar

New left-hand panel for document-level actions. Use it to select **Settings**, **Add content**, **Show / Hide all**, **Undo**, **Redo**, and **Rearrange Mode**.

The existing right-hand panel retains content-level actions, allowing visibility without menu expansion.

Spacing between same-style paragraphs

Spacing between consecutive paragraphs sharing the same style in advanced paragraph formatting options. 

Workspace logos — light and dark variants

Separate light and dark logos at domain and workspace scope.

Improvements

• Increased efficiency of document save operations with reduced payload sizes.
• Improved performance in typing operations by avoiding unnecessary document reprocessing.
• Efficiency enhancements for expanding/collapsing large documents, including a new loading indicator.
• Revised table cell editing to rebuild only the active table while keeping undo on a per-keystroke basis.
• Document lock status changes no longer trigger excessive API calls or overwrite unsaved form changes.
• Character styles can now be applied to substrings instead of entire elements.
• Plain-text paste operations are now inserted as separate paragraphs and correctly recorded in history.
• Translation projects with AI Translation Failed status now have a retry action available.
• Asset usage cache has been expanded to cover document restoration, duplication, existing-target localization, and XLIFF local content imports.

Bug fixes

• PDF layout lists now load correctly beyond the first page.
• Re-applying a character style toggles it off instead of leaving empty wrappers.
• Improved search accuracy by preventing matches across paragraph boundaries and aligning hit navigation with highlighting.
• Numbering in ordered lists starts at 1 (or configured value), survives rearrangement, and copies correctly.
• The arrow space character now navigates as expected with as many keypresses as visible characters.
• Ctrl/Cmd+A followed by paste replaces existing content rather than appending to it.
• Resolved issues with table cells inheriting formatting from deleted tables.
• Resolved crash during document loads caused by duplicate render keys.
• Translation Projects' form validation now keeps status available.
• promptLLM endpoint optimizations and fixed fileName value issue.
• Brackets in file names are now preserved during export operations.
