Apply paragraph style

Paragraph styles are text formatting options that affect the entire paragraph through built-in and custom styling options. You can apply paragraph styles through the Paragraph Styles drop-down menu in the Editor Toolbar. Paragraph Styles are categorized in the drop-down menu for easy access and quick findability.  

To apply paragraph style in a single content block: 

1. Place your cursor alongside the text within the content block. 
2. Click on the Paragraph Styles drop-down menu in the Toolbar. 
3. Expand the Paragraph Style category and select the style. 

To apply paragraph styles in multiple content blocks (batch application):

1. Select multiple content blocks by:
   1. Press Command (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows)
   2. Click the checkbox within each content block's left margin
2. Apply style
   1. With content blocks selected, click the Paragraph Styles drop-down from the toolbar.
   2. Choose the desired style.

Commonly used paragraph styles, such as Headers, Ordered Lists, and Unordered Lists, are also available outside of the drop-down menu for quick access and application.
