How to retain callouts in a new asset version

Retain callouts when you replace an asset with a new version and want to reuse its existing numbered labels, leader lines, and arrows.

To retain callouts:

1. Click the asset in the document to open the Asset view preferences.
2. Click Edit at bottom left.
3. Click Replace on the asset thumbnail and upload the new asset version.
4. Click Review and add.
   

7. Review the callouts in the Asset Annotation Editor.
8. Click Save and close.
9. Click Update in Asset view preferences.

Your document now displays the updated asset with the reviewed callouts.
