Inspect and modify content attributes

You can view and update the attributes of any content block directly from the Content Attributes panel in the Editor. Attributes allow you to configure the block’s type, styles, formatting, and additional metadata.

Inspect content attributes

1. Select the content block you want to inspect by either:

   • Clicking the checkbox to the left of the block, or

   • Clicking inside the content block.

2. At the top-right of the Editor toolbar, toggle the layout switcher until the Content Attributes panel appears on the right side of the screen.

   The Content Attributes panel displays details such as:

   • Content ID

   • Content Type (Global or Local)

   • Styles

   • Text and paragraph formatting

   • Other block-specific properties

Modify content attributes

1. With the content block still selected, open the Content Attributes panel if it is not already visible.

2. Update any available attribute fields as needed.
   For example, you can:

   • Change the Type from Global to Local (for unlocked content)

   • Adjust formatting styles

   • Update metadata in the General section

3. After making changes, click Save in the top-right corner of the Editor to apply them.
