You can create a blank document directly from the Documents Hub.
Create a new document

In the Documents Hub, select Add Document in the top right.
On the Attributes page, under Basic Attributes, enter a Name for the document.
Select Save.
To open the document, select Open Document.
Note: Creating a blank document is supported, but it is
not the recommended method for producing user manuals in Pergamon. For best
results, create your documents using the document assembly workflow, which
generates the first draft of your manual and prepares it for further editing
in the editor.
