Customize the documents list view – Pergamon Support Portal

Use the Documents View Configuration panel to choose which columns appear in the Documents Hub and adjust their order.

Open the view configuration

Select Settings in the Documents Hub toolbar.

Show or hide columns

Under Select columns to display, select the checkbox next to each column you want to show.
Clear the checkbox next to each column you want to hide.

Note
Your column visibility preferences persist locally after you log out and sign back in. Columns you show or hide in Documents View Configuration remain set to your preference.

Reorder columns

Select the Reorder checkbox in the configuration panel.
Drag a column header to its new position.
Drop the column header.

This allows you to adjust the list layout without leaving the Documents Hub.

Available columns

The Documents View Configuration panel lists the following columns. Select a checkbox to show its column in the Documents Hub. Clear a checkbox to hide its column in the Documents Hub.

Column	Description
Name	The Publication title. Always visible — this column cannot be hidden.
Doc ID	The unique identifier assigned to each Publication. Always visible — this column cannot be hidden.
Author	The team member who owns or created the Publication.
Source Language	The original language the Publication was written in.
Language	The target language of the Publication, for translated versions.
Version	The current version number of the Publication.
Comments	Indicates whether comments are present on the Publication.
Tags	Any tags applied to categorize or filter the Publication.
Created on	The date the Publication was first created.
Updated on	The date the Publication was last modified.
Category	The category the Publication belongs to.
Status	The current workflow status of the Publication, for example, In Edit or Released.
