Sort documents in the Documents Hub by selecting any sortable column header.
Sort by a column
In the Documents Hub, identify the column you want to sort by (such as Doc ID, Author, Language, or Name).
Select the column header. The list sorts by that column in ascending order.
Select the same column header again to sort in descending order.
An arrow icon appears next to the column header to show the sort direction. To sort by a different column, select another header.

Ascending (A → Z, 0 → 9, earliest → latest)
↓
Descending (Z → A, 9 → 0, latest → earliest)
