Release Notes - Version 2.7.0

Release date: October 9, 2025.

Pergamon version 2.7.0 introduces new tools for faster, more consistent document editing and asset management. This release adds a Find and Replace feature in the Document Editor and expands how assets can be replaced across your workspace for improved efficiency and control.

New features

Find and replace text in Document Editor

You can now find and replace text directly in Document Editor. The new Search field (Cmd + F / Ctrl + F) lets you locate words or phrases across all content blocks - including text in tables and reusable blocks and replace them individually or all at once. Search terms remain saved even after closing the field, and styled text (bold, italics, underline, highlight) is fully supported.

Enhancements

Asset management

We improved how assets are managed - uploaded, replaced, and updated - across the platform. You can now replace assets more easily through multiple entry points:

1. Assets Library

2. Document Editor

3. Quick Action Menu

When you replace an asset, Pergamon automatically updates all instances of that asset throughout your documents.You no longer need to manually replace each instance.

Bug fixes and improvements

Update Instructions

1. After the release is deployed, a blue Refresh button will appear at the bottom of the login page (or the current page). To fetch the new update, click Refresh.

   

2. Still not seeing changes? Force-refresh:
   • Mac: shift + cmd + R
   • Windows: Shift + CTRL + R
3. To verify you got the latest version:
   1. Click on the user avatar at the top right:
