You can customize the Publications Hub table view by rearranging columns and adjusting pagination settings
To customize Publications view:
- Log in to Pergamon and click Publications in the left navigation sidebar.
- On the Publications Hub home page, click the Settings Gear icon on the right.
- In the settings, use the drag-and-drop action to rearrange the order of the columns.
- Columns include: Id, Type, Name, Author, Category, Comments, and Tags.
- Once you’ve arranged the columns to your preference, close the settings menu to apply the changes.
To adjust pagination:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Publications Hub table to find the pagination controls.
- Use the Items per Page dropdown to select the number of Publications displayed per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50).
- Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between pages.
Tips
- Customize the table view to prioritize the columns most relevant to your workflow.
- Use pagination to efficiently navigate large lists of Publications.
