You can quickly locate specific Publications using the Search and Filters options in the Publications Hub.
To use the search bar:
- Navigate to the Publications Hub by clicking Publications in the left navigation sidebar.
- At the top of the Publications Hub, locate the Search Bar.
- Enter keywords related to the Publication (e.g., name, ID, or tags).
- The table will update to display Publications matching your search query.
To use the filters:
Use the Filters to narrow down the list of Publications based on specific criteria.
- Author: Click the Author filter and select one or more authors from the dropdown.
- Status: Click the Status filter and select one or more statuses (e.g., Draft, In Progress, Published).
- Category: Use the Categories dropdown to filter Publications by client
Clear Filters
- To remove all applied filters and return to the default view, click the Clear Filters button
Tips for Using Search and Filters
- Combine Search and Filters for more precise results. For example, search for a keyword and then filter by status.
- Use the Categories dropdown to quickly view Publications associated with specific clients.
