You can create a copy of an existing Publication using the Duplicate feature. This guide walks you through the steps to duplicate a Publication.
To duplicate a Publication:
- Log in to Pergamon and go to the Publications Hub by clicking Publications in the left navigation sidebar.
- In the Publications Hub, select the Publication you want to duplicate by clicking the checkbox .
- Click the Duplicate button on the right.
- In the Duplicate Publication box, enter a name for the duplicated Publication and click Duplicate.
Tips for Duplicating Publications:
- Use descriptive names for duplicated Publications to avoid confusion.
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to duplicate Publications.
- After duplication, review the new Publication to confirm all Documents and settings are copied correctly.
