How to add a new table

You can insert a table inside a content block to structure information and improve readability. Tables support full text styling, paragraph formatting, character styles, and asset insertion.

Add a table

1. Place the cursor inside an empty content block where you want to insert the table.

2. Open the Quick Action Menu from the toolbar or use keyboard shortcuts: 

   • macOS: press Command (⌘) + Return

   • Windows: press Windows Key + Enter

3. In the Quick Action Menu, select the Table tab.

4. Hover over the grid to choose the number of rows and columns you want.

   • For example, if you want a 4 x 5 table cell configuration (4 rows and 5 columns), hover over the grid until the 4 x 5 grid configuration is highlighted, and click on the last highlighted grid cell to add the table.

5. Click the final highlighted cell to insert the table.
