Adds rows or columns in a table

You can expand a table in the Pergamon Editor by adding additional rows or columns to fit your content needs. Rows and columns can be added using the right-side toolbar and also using keyboard shortcuts.

Add rows or columns using the right-side toolbar

1. Click inside the table to open Table Edit Mode.

2. Select the row or column where you want to add a new row or column.

   • Select a row using the checkbox on the left.

   • Select a column using the checkbox at the top.

3. On the right-side toolbar, select the Insert cell (+) button.

4. Choose one of the following options:

   • Add Column → Left / Right

   • Add Row → Above / Below

You can also quickly add rows or columns using shortcuts. 

Save the changes.

Press the Esc key to save your changes and exit the table edit mode.
