Delete rows and columns

You can delete one or multiple rows or columns from a table while in table edit mode.

Delete rows or columns:

1. Open the table in edit mode
   Click anywhere inside the table to enter table edit mode.

2. Select the row or column

   • To delete a row, check the box on the left of that row.

   • To delete a column, check the box at the top of that column.

3. Delete the selection
   On the right-side toolbar, click the Delete button.

Delete multiple rows or columns (bulk delete)

You can delete more than one row or column at the same time.

1. Open the table in edit mode.

2. Select multiple rows or columns by using:

   • Mac: ⌘ Command + click each row/column checkbox

   • Windows: Ctrl + click each row/column checkbox

3. Click Delete on the right-side toolbar.
   All selected rows or columns will be removed at once.
